Ajax and Remko Pasveer have reached an agreement on the extension of his contract that ran until June 30, 2024. The goalkeeper's contract has been extended by one year until June 30, 2025.
Pasveer (Enschede, November 8, 1983) started his career at FC Twente, after which he played at Heracles Almelo, PSV, and Vitesse. On April 23, 2021, he transferred from Vitesse to Ajax, signing a two-season contract at the time.
The two-time international made his debut for Ajax’s first team on August 7, 2021, during the Johan Cruijff Shield match against PSV: 0-4. He has played 50 official matches for Ajax 1 so far and became Eredivisie champion in the 2021/2022 season.
