Rensch (Lelystad 18 january 2003) has played at the Ajax Academy since 2016. The player of the Dutch junior team made his debut in the first team on 28 November 2020 in the match against FC Emmen (0-5). Until now Rensch played 27 official matches in the first squad and scored three times. This last season Rensch was part of the team that won the championship and the Dutch Cup.

Now he has shown he can get along with the team but the difficult part starts now. He needs to take the next step, get stronger and better.
