Avery Appiah was born on April 2, 2006, in Zoetermeer and has been part of Ajax's youth academy since 2020. Last season, the youth international was a member of Ajax U19. On April 28, 2025, Appiah made his professional debut in the home match for Ajax U23 against Helmond Sport (2-0). So far, he has made three appearances in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie.

Precious Ugwu leaves for FC Volendam
Ajax and FC Volendam have reached an agreement on the transfer of Precious Ugwu. The 19-year-old defender's contract at Ajax ran until June 30, 2026.
