Contract extension and loan move for Anass Salah-Eddine

Ajax and Anass Salah-Eddine have reached an agreement for a new contract. The previous contract would expire on June 30, 2023. The new deal of the 20-year-old defender runs until June 30, 2025. The player will play the 2022/2023 season on loan at FC Twente, after Ajax and the Eredivisie club reached an agreement for a loan move.

Salah-Eddine (Amsterdam, 18th of January, 2002) came into the club's youth academy after moving from AZ Alkmaar in 2018. Last season, Salah-Eddine finished the season with Jong Ajax in 7th place. On May 15th, 2022, the left back made his official debut for Ajax's first team in their away match versus Vitesse (2-2).
