Ajax and Kian Fitz-Jim have reached an agreement on a new contract. The previous agreement ran until June 30, 2024. The new contract of the 20-year-old midfielder will run until June 30, 2027. Furthermore, Ajax, Fitz-Jim and Excelsior have agreed on the player's loan to the Rotterdam-based club. The loan is effective immediately and will run for the rest of this season.
Fitz-Jim (Amsterdam, July 5, 2003) transferred from AZ in 2019. He made his debut in professional football on December 21, 2020, during the match Telstar – Ajax U23: 2-1. Since then, the right-footed player has made 88 appearances for Ajax U23 and scored four times.
