Board member Annette Mosman's term of office will expire at the next shareholder general meeting, and Supervisory Board member Cees van Oevelen will also step down immediately following the next AGM once a successor has been appointed. Van Praag will continue in an advisory role for some time to ensure a smooth transition. The search for a suitable replacement for board member Georgette Schlick is also underway and, once a candidate has been found, this nomination will also be put on the agenda for a future EGM.
