Bruil (born June 28, 1994) began her coaching career in 2014 with the reserve team of sc Heerenveen Women. After two seasons, she also became assistant coach of the club’s first team. Following five years in this dual role, Bruil joined Ajax Women in the summer of 2021 as an assistant coach, winning the Dutch Cup in her first season in Amsterdam. For the past three years, she has been in charge of the U19 Talent Team.

Over the past few years, I’ve become well-acquainted with the club, its players, and the rest of the staff.
