De Reus: "It feels fantastic to start this great challenge. Football in my own country, especially women's football, is very dear to me. Besides that, Ajax is a wonderful club that wants to take steps forward. I look forward to contributing to strengthening the women's branch and letting the team play on a higher level."
Daphne Koster: "Hesterine is a dedicated coach with much expertise. She is well-informed on sports developments and has been closely involved with the development of women’s football, nationally and internationally.
