Wednesday evening saw the Ajax Women fail to reach the semi-final of the UEFA Women's Champions League. Suzanne Bakker's team played the return match at Stamford Bridge to a 1-1 draw. Because of the 0-3 loss in the Johan Cruyff ArenA last week, the quarter-final is the end of the line for the Amsterdammers.
