Ajax travels to Riga with 23 players

Gerald Alders has been included in Ajax's squad for a European match for the first time. The defender will travel to Riga alongside 22 other Ajax players for the UEFA Europa League match against FC RFS. Jorrel Hato is absent from the squad due to suspension.

Additionally, Jorthy Mokio, who was also in the squad on Sunday against SC Heerenveen, is part of the traveling team. He was already left out of the Jong Ajax lineup against Jong PSV on Monday evening.

Ajax will face the Latvian champions of 2023 on Thursday evening at 21:00 Dutch time. FC RFS is currently ranked 34th in the League Phase of the UEFA Europa League, while Ajax sits in 11th place.
