Ajax travel to Spain for training camp with 29 players

Ajax will prepare for the second half of the season in the Spanish Cádiz this week. The Amsterdam-based team will hold a training camp in South Europe from Tuesday 2 until Sunday 7 January. John van 't Schip will take 29 players with him to Andalusia.

On Sunday, Ajax will play a friendly against the German Hannover 96 at 13:00. The match will take place in the Antonia Gallardo Stadium in Arco de la Frontera, close to Cádiz. The meet-up with the team from the second Bundesliga can be followed live via Ziggo Sport.

Branco van den Boomen, Sivert Mannsverk and Silvano Vos will not travel to Cádiz due to medical reasons. Georges Mikautadze is absent because he is given the opportunity to negotiate with a different club.
