Ajax to play against Al-Wasl FC and Olympiakos at training camp

During the training camp at Wageningse Berg, Ajax will play two friendly matches. On Thursday, July 18th, the Amsterdam-based team will face Al-Wasl FC from Dubai, and a day later, on Friday, July 19th, Olympiakos will be the opponent. Both matches will be broadcast live and can be seen on Ziggo Sport in the Netherlands.

The first friendly match during the training camp against Al-Wasl FC on Thursday will take place at the TEC Tiel complex and will start at 18:30. Tickets for this match can be ordered via the TEC Tiel website. The match against the Greek team Olympiakos is closed to the public and will be played at a private location. 

Before the training camp at Wageningse Berg, Ajax will play friendlies against PEC Zwolle (July 5th), Sint Truidense V.V. (July 9th), and Rangers FC on July 13th. Both the match against Sint Truidense V.V. and the match against Rangers FC are accessible to the public.

Francesco Farioli's team begins its season on Thursday, July 25th. The Amsterdam-based team will then take on FK Vojvodina in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League.

The players had a longer vacation due to international matches after the previous season but also started their preparation this week.
