Ajax take last minute point in Eindhoven

Sunday afternoon's big clash, PSV - Ajax, ended up in a 1-1 draw. Dusan Tadic put the team from Amsterdam level from the penalty spot during injury time in Eindhoven. This helped Ajax maintain their six-point lead over PSV. What's more, the Ajax team still has a match in hand.

Erik ten Hag thought Ajax only made a good impression in the first fifteen minutes. "Then emotions came into the game and got the upper hand. We lost our concentration and good football got left behind. We couldn't get the ball past the lines. As football goes, it was very poor."

"Tensions were running high, I understand that all too well", the coach continued. "The team still deserves a big compliment, though. We did fall behind, but managed to straighten things out again."
