Ajax has reached an agreement with Sivert Heggheim Mannsverk and Molde FK on the transfer of the 21-year-old midfielder to Amsterdam. The Norwegian signed a contract effective immediately that will run for five seasons, until June 30, 2028.

Mannsverk was born on May 8, 2002, in Øvre Årdal. He followed the youth academy at Songdal before transferring to Molde FK in 2021. With that team, the Norwegian youth international won the double in the 2021/2022 season. Mannsverk's contract at the Norwegian club ran until the end of 2025.
