Noordermeer (May 11, 1999, Rotterdam) began her professional career at Excelsior Rotterdam, where she made her debut in the Women's Eredivisie. After four seasons in Rotterdam, the defender transferred to ADO Den Haag in 2022. Noordermeer spent a total of three seasons in The Hague and did not miss a single official match.
