Visscher was born in Zeewolde on March 2, 2002. In mid-2023, she signed her first professional contract with FC Utrecht. She made her Vrouwen Eredivisie debut on September 10, 2023, in the match between FC Utrecht Women and Feyenoord Women. Over two seasons in Utrecht, Visscher made 35 Eredivisie appearances.
