Ajax have reached an agreement with Francisco Fernandes Conceição and FC Porto for the transfer of the Portuguese. The forward signed a contract that is effective immediately and will run for five years, until June 30, 2027.
Conceição was born on December 14, 2002 in Coimbra, Portugal. The 19-year-old talent has already played 50 official matches for FC Porto’s first team, where he won the double last season.
