Ajax knows possible opponents in the next European round

Ajax knows who the possible opponent will be in the third qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League if FK Vojvodina is defeated over two matches. The Amsterdam team will then play against the winner of Panathinaikos - Botev Plovdiv, as the draw on Monday in Nyon revealed.

With a good result against the Serbians in the second qualifying round, Ajax will advance to the third qualifying round of the Europa League in the route called 'Main Path'. There, Francesco Farioli's team will play against the winner of another match in the second qualifying round of the Europa League: Panathinaikos - Botev Plovdiv.

The matches will be played on Thursday, August 8 and 15, with exact times to be announced later.

If Ajax is eliminated by FK Vojvodina, the Amsterdam team will continue in the third round of the UEFA Conference League. Here, the winner of NK Maribor vs. Universitatea Craiova will be the opponent.
