Chourak was born on July 21, 2004, in Woerden and transferred from ADO Den Haag's youth academy to Ajax's in 2018. The left-footed player made his debut in professional football on August 25, 2023, during the match SC Cambuur—Ajax U23: 4-2. Chourak has played 33 matches for Ajax U23 so far, scoring four times.

Today, adidas and Ajax present the third kit for 2024/2025. The base of the kit is light grey, with bordeaux and black as accent colours. The shirt features a striking graphic print, with grey lines forming a continuous series of Saint Andrew’s Crosses.
