Konadu was born on 3 May 2006 in Amsterdam and joined the Ajax youth academy in 2014. On 12 August 2024, Konadu made his professional debut in the away game for Ajax U23 against PSV U23, which ended in a 2-2 draw. So far, he has played eight matches for Ajax U23.

He is already regularly involved in first-team training sessions by Francesco Farioli. Faberski and Konadu make their debut in European squad
Jan Faberski and Don-Angelo Konadu are included in the squad for a European match for the first time. The duo will travel together with 21 Ajax players to Prague in the Czech Republic on Wednesday afternoon. Ajax will face Slavia Prague on Thursday evening at 18:45 in a UEFA Europa League match.
