This is subject to the applicable procedure, whereby after the Special General Meeting of Shareholders (date TBA), Geelen can be reappointed by the Supervisory Board for the new term. Geelen's current contract runs until November, 2022.
Menno Geelen (Huizen, 1982) has been the Commercial Director at Ajax since November 1, 2016. He has held this position as the statutory director since November 16, 2018. “I'm really enjoying myself here and we've achieved great things in recent years."
