Ajax Esports has extended Levi de Weerd's contract by at least one year. The Dutch Esporter will play for Ajax until at least 2025.
In 2022, De Weerd made the switch from Vitesse to Ajax. With De Weerd, the Esports team secured their fourth eDivisie title last season and qualified for the eChampions League.
De Weerd is optimistic about the new Esports season: "I am incredibly happy to stay at this amazing club. Hopefully, I can win the 5th eDivisie title for Ajax this year."
Ajax has reached an agreement with Paulo Henrique Chaves (PHzin) and AlUla FC regarding the immediate transfer of the 21-year-old Esporter to the Saudi club. Phzin still had a contract with Ajax until September 30, 2025.
Ajax and Nassef Chourak have reached an agreement on a new contract. The 20-year-old midfielder's new contract will run until June 30, 2025, with an option to extend for another year. His former agreement ran until mid-2024.
Ajax and Olympique Marseille have reached an agreement on the direct transfer of Gero Rulli. The contract of the goalkeeper in Amsterdam ran until June 30, 2026.
