Ajax will face FK Vojvodina in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League. This was determined by the draw in Nyon, Switzerland, on Wednesday afternoon. With a win, Ajax will qualify for the third qualifying round of the European club tournament. The matches are on August 8 and 15. After that, the playoffs will follow on August 22 and 29. The main tournament begins in the last week of September.

Ajax and VodafoneZiggo have extended their long-standing partnership. The telecom company has been Ajax's shirt and main sponsor since 2015 and has signed on for at least two more seasons.
