Ajax’s youth academy has long been known as one of the best in the world. In the documentary ‘Scouting for the Future’ we get a unique look into the workings of Ajax’s youth scouting system. Kelvin de Lang (Head of Scouting & Recruitment) and Casimir Westerveld (Head of Development), among others, share their vision and approach.
