Calvin Bassey was born on December 31, 1999, in the Italian Modena. The Nigerian national team player made a transfer from the Scottish Rangers FC last summer and made his debut in the Johan Cruijff Shield match Ajax - PSV (3-5) on July 30, 2022. Bassey played 39 official matches for Ajax's first team and scored one goal.
