Ajax has failed to win the fourth league match. Away to FC Groningen last Sunday afternoon saw a 1-0 lose.
It was the last game before the international break. In just under two weeks, Ajax will play sc Heerenveen at home.
"We didn't take charge enough," said manager Erik ten Hag. “We had total control of the ball, but the forwards lacked attack. We were not dynamic enough, especially in relation to each other. As a result, we set up too few opportunities to cause them any real pain.”
