Ajacieden receive scarf from Ziggo and sing special 'Dit is mijn club'

During the home match against Go Ahead Eagles, all Ajax fans received a special scarf from Ziggo. Ahead of the VriendenLoterij Eredivisie fixture, the Johan Cruijff ArenA turned red and the special version of 'Dit is mijn club' echoed around the stadium. Ajax appoints Jordi Cruijff

Ajax have appointed Jordi Cruijff as technical director. Following the verbal agreement reached on December 28, the contract has now also been signed. Cruijff will start in his new role on February 1, 2026. At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM), which still has to be convened, Ajax shareholders will be formally informed of the intention of the Supervisory Board (RvC) to also appoint Cruijff as a statutory director. The appointment runs until June 30, 2028.
