Ajax appoints Daphne Koster as Head of Women’s Football Strategy

Daphne Koster has taken on a new role at Ajax. As of June 1, 2026, she has started as Head of Women’s Football Strategy. The 45-year-old former player, who previously served as Head of Women's Football at Ajax for many years, will focus in this new strategic advisory role on the broader development of Ajax Women in the areas of youth development, domestic and international growth.

Gerald Alders joins Telstar on loan again

Ajax and Telstar have reached an agreement on a new loan deal for Gerald Alders. The 21-year-old player already spent the second half of last season on loan at Telstar and will once again be loaned to the Eredivisie club for the coming season. The defender’s contract with Ajax runs until 30 June 2028.
