






Ajax and Oscar García have mutually agreed to terminate the coach's contract. García's deal with Ajax was due to run until June 30, 2027, but both parties have decided to end their collaboration with immediate effect. Following García's departure, fitness coach Enrique Sanz will also leave the club.

Ziggo has decided not to renew its contract with Ajax, which expires on July 1, 2027. The current main sponsorship began on January 1, 2015 and will run until the end of the 2026/2027 season. This brings to a close a remarkable partnership between Ziggo and Ajax, lasting 12 and a half years. By taking and communicating this decision now, Ajax has time to search for a new main sponsor from the 2027/2028 season onwards.





Ajax Women will face Brøndby IF in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Women's Champions League. This was determined by the draw held in Nyon on Thursday afternoon. The match will be played on Wednesday, August 5. Should the Amsterdam side win, they will play the winner of Slavia Prague - Rangers WFC on Saturday, August 8. The venue for the match(es) has yet to be determined.
