Future Cup this weekend: schedule

Future Cup this weekend: schedule

The 10th edition of the ABN AMRO Future Cup starts on Saturday!  Ajax U17s will take on Juventus, Tottenham Hotspur and Sagan Tosu in the group phase during Easter weekend.

In addition to the Amsterdam team’s pool, there is another group in the Future Cup.  In this pool, Anderlecht, PSG, Atlético Madrid and Boca Juniors will face each other.  Would you like to see these top European teams in action?  Ticket sales for the Future Cup are underway.

The first game of the Future Cup is a top one.  Several days after the Champions League meeting, the youth teams of Ajax and Juventus will re-enact the quarter-final game.  At the same time, Tottenham Hotspur and Sagan Tosu are meeting on the other field.  All of the teams play two games on the first day, so there will be lots of good football to enjoy at the Amsterdam training complex.

On Easter Sunday, the teams will play their third and last pool game.  For the Ajax U17s, yet another great opponent awaits: Tottenham Hotspur.  With an eye on the upcoming Champions League semi-finals, this match takes on an extra dimension!

Deciding Monday
On Sunday afternoon, the final results will be known, and on Easter Monday, the deciding games will be played.  Make sure that you’re at de Toekomst at 11:15 for the semi-finals.  The finals kick off at 16:15, and shortly after, the winner of the 10th Future Cup will be on the stage with the trophy.
