Ajax and Cheng Shin Tire (CST) have reached an agreement to work together in an Official Partnership for the next three years. The agreement goes into effect retroactively per July 1, 2015, and is valid until June 30, 2018. The world’s largest producer of bicycle and scooter tires has been connected to the club as an Official Sponsor since August 2013. Both parties are very pleased at the success of the existing sponsorship agreement. For that reason, it has been revisited and intensified.
'We've been working with CST in an Official Sponsorship for the last two seasons, to our complete satisfaction. This agreement was still effective until next summer. It's fantastic that we've been able to welcome them as an Official Partner in the meantime. This means that we will be working with them even more closely. Moreover, it means that the sponsorship amount for Ajax is now tripled compared to the previous agreement', says Edwin van der Sar, Ajax’s marketing director.
